About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Developer to join an innovative organisation specialising in digital learning solutions.

You will be responsible for developing engaging, interactive e-learning experiences using Sana Learn , ensuring high-quality content, seamless functionality and an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and build interactive e-learning modules using Sana Learn .
• Create engaging learning experiences incorporating quizzes, assessments, branching scenarios and interactive content .
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure functionality, accessibility and usability.
• Leverage AI tools, including Sana AI , to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and project teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-Learning Development or Digital Learning Production .
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Sana Learn, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate or similar .
• Strong understanding of interactive learning design, LMS platforms and digital learning technologies .
• Experience in QA testing and troubleshooting e-learning content .
• Interest in AI-powered learning technologies .
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
