Social Media & Digital Support

  • Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media content across platforms, reporting on engagement, reach, and growth to inform content strategy.
  • Draft captions, newsletter sections, and simple copy that aligns with the Treobytes brand guidelines.
  • Plan, organize, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns - including audience segmentation, list hygiene, campaign creation and scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting - to support Treobytes’ outreach to families, schools, and partners.

Administrative & Marketing Operations Support

  • Maintain organized files for marketing collateral, brand assets, and campaign materials.
  • Assist with basic data entry and updates to an Opportunities Tracker and campaign trackers.
  • Prepare printed materials (signage, handouts, order forms) ahead of events and program launches.
  • Organize and tag photo/video assets in shared drives for easy team access.

  • Edit short- and long-form video content for social media, web, email campaigns, events, and fundraising, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, program highlights, and product tutorials.
  • Shoot or support on-site filming at camps, classrooms, and events, capturing authentic moments of students learning and building.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, music, sound design, and color correction to produce polished, on-brand content.
  • Adapt videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, and audiences.
