Senior Experience Designer - Canada / US, Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Experience Designer - Canada / US, Remote to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape high-impact digital experiences that support product-led growth and improve how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with the company’s online ecosystem. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into polished, intuitive experiences that balance visual excellence with business impact. The work will also involve using AI-enabled design tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong quality and consistency. This is an opportunity to influence end-to-end UX in a fast-moving environment where design decisions directly affect customer satisfaction and conversion.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,000 – $189,970 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design of customer experiences across the company’s website and digital properties
• Create user experiences that enhance product-led growth (PLG)
• Leverage AI tools for design acceleration and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
• Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Establish high standards for visual and interaction design
• Translate insights into compelling digital experiences
• Stay current on UX, ecommerce, and AI trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
• Proven track record in designing end-to-end user experiences
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma
• Experience with AI-powered design tools
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in human-centered design best practices
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
