It starts here. Have a global impact on the world of payments. We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our iGaming Partnerships team, focused on securing new strategic partnerships that drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a new-business role where you’ll develop relationships across the iGaming and payments ecosystem, creating new routes to market and owning opportunities from initial engagement through to launch and growth.

How We Work We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The Impact You Will Have

• Identify, develop and secure new strategic partnerships across iGaming and payments.
• Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with iGaming PAMs, PSPs, payment platforms, gateways and technology providers with access to iGaming merchants.
• Create commercial propositions and lead negotiations through to agreement and launch.
• Work with Sales to convert partner opportunities into merchant pipeline and revenue.
• Train partner Sales teams on Paysafe’s products and payment methods, enabling them to identify and refer opportunities.
• Work with internal and partner Technical teams to support integrations and successful merchant go-lives.
• Identify new markets, technologies and partnership models that create growth opportunities.
• Represent the business at key iGaming events and build a strong industry network.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years experience partnerships, business development or commercial roles, ideally within payments (Merchant)/iGaming.
• Proven ability to originate, develop and close new commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the iGaming/payments ecosystem, with an established network desirable.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take ownership from opportunity through to launch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across commercial and technical teams.
