The Experience & What You’ll Do

As Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our dining room, bringing energy to every shift and helping our front-of-house team thrive.

• Lead on the Floor: Be the visible, dynamic presence during peak service—running shifts, engaging with regulars, and creating memorable dining moments.
• Inspire & Mentor: Conduct pre-shift briefings, coach staff in real time, and build a positive, supportive service culture.
• Maintain the Standard: Oversee dining room presentation, guest satisfaction, and seamless service flow from table to kitchen.
