Job Description
**We’re Hiring: Clinical Psychologist
Federal City Rehab Clinic, Bani Gala, Islamabad**
Federal City Rehab Clinic (FCRC) is looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our residential rehabilitation and psychiatric treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with psychiatrists and medical staff
- Provide individual, group and family therapy (CBT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and related approaches)
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
- Manage crisis situations and assess risk
- Maintain accurate clinical records and case documentation
- Support family counseling and aftercare planning
Requirements
- MS/MPhil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the relevant professional body, where applicable
- Experience in addiction treatment, psychiatry or mental health settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling and communication skills
- Empathetic, ethical and non-judgmental approach
- Willingness to work in a residential setting, with shifts as required
