Job Description
B2B Marketing Manager – SaaS
London (hybrid – in-office Wednesdays & Fridays)
Our client is a fast-growing care technology company changing how social care is delivered through its care management platform. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and own the B2B marketing mix end to end, from positioning and campaigns through to pipeline. The role carries clear commercial responsibility for SQLs and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver the B2B marketing plan across demand generation, content, product marketing and brand, tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
- Plan and run integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid search and social, email, SEO, events, webinars and partnerships.
- Shape positioning and messaging for care providers and other key segments, working closely with Product and Sales.
- Own the content programme: case studies, thought leadership, sales collateral and website content that move prospects through the funnel.
- Build HubSpot nurture journeys, segmentation and automation that turn demand into qualified pipeline.
- Manage the website as a growth channel, improving journeys and conversion through A/B testing.
- Partner with Sales on lead handover, account-based campaigns and enablement.
- Manage the marketing budget and agency or freelance relationships, putting spend where it returns the most.
- Use AI tools and automation to work faster and sharpen analysis.
- Report on marketing performance across CPL, CAC, conversion, SQLs, pipeline, revenue and ROI.
What we’re looking for
- Several years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Broad, hands-on skills across demand generation, content, campaigns and product marketing.
- Strong positioning and messaging ability, with the confidence to turn complex products into clear value propositions.
- Solid HubSpot and analytics skills, able to diagnose funnel performance and act on what you find.
- Experience building automated nurture journeys and working closely with Sales teams.
- Working knowledge of paid acquisition, SEO, CRO and landing-page optimisation.
- Commercially minded and organised, comfortable managing budgets, agencies and several priorities at once.
- An experimental mindset and fluency with AI tools.
- Experience in health tech, care tech or the public sector is a bonus.
