Senior Java Developer (GCP)

Education Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The candidate will develop and maintain cloud-based applications, build microservices, integrate APIs, fix production issues, and improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Java applications using Spring Boot.
  • Build and support microservices on GCP.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs.
  • Work with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical problems.
  • Improve code quality and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and business teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP.
  • Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
  • Production support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Vertex AI or other GCP AI/ML services.
  • Salesforce integration and Databricks.
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Pricing platforms or cloud modernization experience.
