Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and develop Salesforce Field Service Lightning , supporting field-based operations, scheduling, work orders and mobile workforce management.
• Build and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow and other Salesforce development tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party applications using APIs and integration technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and deliverable solutions.
• Optimise existing Salesforce functionality, troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve platform performance.
• Support the implementation of Salesforce enhancements that improve service delivery, operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Follow development best practices, including version control, testing, code reviews and deployment management.
• Work with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts and external delivery partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design and the continuous improvement of development standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally at Senior Developer level.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) , including work orders, service appointments, scheduling and mobile workforce processes.
• Strong development skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript and Salesforce Flow .
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration and custom development.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, permissions and platform architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, deployment processes and source control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a complex business environment.
