SEO Executive (AI SEO & Growth)

BookkeeperLive provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable services for businesses across the United States. We help businesses streamline their financial operations through reliable accounting and compliance solutions.

We are looking for an SEO Executive who can drive organic growth through traditional SEO as well as modern AI-powered search optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research focused on bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and finance-related services.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and service pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with the development team.
• Monitor website performance, rankings, and organic traffic.

AI Search & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

• Optimize content for Google AI Overviews and emerging AI search experiences.
• Improve BookkeeperLive’s visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI-powered search platforms.
• Create content structures that increase citations and references in AI-generated responses.
• Implement semantic SEO, entity-based SEO, and schema markup strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI SEO and search engine algorithm changes.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report SEO KPIs using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Monitor backlinks, domain authority, and website health.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of Schema Markup and Structured Data.
• Knowledge of AI Search Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-assisted SEO tools.
• Experience with WordPress websites.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
