We’re Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer NIIT

NIIT is looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Gurugram, Sector 34, Haryana.

Job Location: Gurugram, Sector 34
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
Employment Type: 6-month contract (extendable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in internal and client kick-off meetings to understand project requirements and learning objectives.
• Develop detailed storyboards aligned with design documents, instructional design principles, global language standards, and style guides.
• Create audio scripts and detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos.
• Collaborate with the Media team to conceptualize and visualize course graphics and multimedia elements.
• Understand and work with project-specific tools and technologies.
• Capture screenshots and develop visual assets for course content, including simulations.
• Review multimedia elements to ensure alignment with instructional design requirements.
• Test final course deliverables against defined test plans and quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Participate in design walkthroughs, review meetings, and project handover sessions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design or e-learning development.
• Strong expertise in storyboard development and instructional design principles.
• Experience creating audio scripts, visualization notes, and multimedia learning content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with media, design, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
