  • Manage UK and European intercompany transaction settlements, including intercompany payables and receivables, intercompany loans, advances and dividends.

Compliance & Reporting — 25%

  • Provide detailed transaction support to accounting as part of month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Lead or support statutory audit, FBAR, and other regulatory/compliance requests relevant to UK and Europe, India and Singapore operations.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Projects — 25%

  • Closely collaborate with credit and collections and accounts payable staff to support best practices with respect to cash collections and disbursements
  • Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Corporate Development on special projects, including entity restructurings, bank account rationalization, and systems integrations.
  • Operate with increasing autonomy, proactively developing a strategic viewpoint on treasury operations and contributing process-improvement ideas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Treasury or other corporate finance roles (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis) with further experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Experience with financial risk management (e.g., foreign exchange and interest rates).
  • Advanced computer skills, including artificial intelligence (AI) assistants, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines across multiple legal entities and time zones.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and curiosity.
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the UK and have unrestricted work authorization for the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or graduate-level degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
  • Experience with export letters of credit, documentary collections, and standby letters of credit.
