Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires the ability to quickly learn and adapt to computer-based training, understand, and analyze local traffic flows, and effectively manage scheduling and job dispatching. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a dynamic work environment with flexibility for both office-based and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer-Based Training: Engage in and complete required computer-based training of our Customer Resource Management programs. Demonstrate proficiency in using training tools and apply learned skills effectively in daily tasks.
• Local Traffic Flow Understanding: Analyze and interpret local traffic patterns and conditions within the Tampa Area and utilize this knowledge to optimize scheduling and routing for efficiency and timeliness.
• Scheduling and Dispatching: Develop and manage schedules for [specific tasks or teams]. Coordinate and dispatch jobs or tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide updates and reports on scheduling, dispatching, and traffic-related issues as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles related to traffic flow, scheduling, or job dispatching. Propose and implement solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new software and computer-based training programs.
• Strong understanding of local traffic patterns and logistics.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based environment with the potential for remote work based on job performance and company policies (evaluation after 3-month probationary period).
• Occasional site visits may be required to address on-site issues, meet with clients, or gather information relevant to scheduling, dispatching, and or general education/training.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer and other office equipment.

Remote Work Policy:

• The position offers flexibility for remote work, subject to company approval and individual

performance. Specific remote work arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process (remote work eligibility evaluated after 90 Day probationary period).

Compensation:

• Employee discounts: our employees receive all work on their personal homes/residence and furnishings at a 40% discounted labor rate and materials at costs.

Job Type: Part Time W2 (30 hr min) Pay: From $20 per hour
