Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive
Renowned Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive. In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive Administrative support as well as Project Management support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide seamless everchanging support to busy C-Suite Executive
- Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings and conference calls
- Handle all media and events for this senior executive
- Maintain complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
