One of my direct clients, a global pharmaceutical solutions and distribution organization, is looking for a Salesforce UX Engineer .

100% remote

Mandatory Skills - NPS, Functional understanding of standard Salesforce UI capabilities, Process Modeling, Form and Analytics Design, UX QA/Auditing

Duration - 12+ months, long term, C2C/FTE

Client details will be shared post technical call

Review and ingest the Design Framework

Conduct a thorough review of Workspace, Review historical user survey reports, NPS scores

Conduct User Surveys and draw out process flows for different onboarding scenarios.

Identify and draw workflows and distinct features that are part of workspace (General navigation design, Forms, Status reports et al)

Build a comprehensive report on current state and future state while adhering to Design Framework.

a. Work with SF Developers and Architect to ensure the recommendations can be implemented with standard salesforce capabilities and limit custom development where possible (however UX design takes precedence over custom dev)

b. Identify low hanging fruits and more complex redesign elements with estimates of work.

c. Review once work is done as a quality inspector.

Key Deliverables:

General alignment of Workspace to Design framework.

Simplification of UI navigation for users on one single workspace ( currently we have two ).

Onboarding scorecard for customers ( both internal and external stakeholders ).

Simplifying form filling for users.
