Areas of Expertise

We welcome applications from candidates with a PhD, master’s degree (MS/MSc) or equivalent relevant specialist expertise in fields including:

• Mathematics & Statistics: Pure and applied mathematics, probability, statistics and advanced reasoning.
• Physics: Theoretical physics, quantum physics, astrophysics and related fields.
• Chemistry: Organic, inorganic, physical and computational chemistry.
• Biology & Life Sciences: Molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry and related disciplines.
• Computer Science & Engineering: Algorithms, computer science, machine learning and engineering.
• Other Scientific Disciplines: Researchers and specialists with deep subject-matter expertise and strong analytical capabilities.

What You May Work On

Depending on your qualifications and the projects available, assignments may include:

• Evaluating AI-generated answers for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality.
• Solving complex technical and scientific problems.
• Developing and reviewing challenging questions used to train or evaluate AI models.
• Providing expert feedback to improve AI reasoning and performance.
• Supporting AI training, post-training, model evaluation and benchmark development.
• Applying specialist knowledge to advanced, domain-specific tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A PhD or master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent specialist expertise.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
• High standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• An interest in contributing to the advancement of artificial intelligence.

Previous experience in AI training, data annotation or model evaluation is beneficial but not required.

• Remote work: Complete assignments remotely from your location.
• Flexible engagements: Project scope and working arrangements vary according to client requirements.
• Paid assignments: Selected experts receive compensation for agreed project work, with rates determined by expertise, complexity and scope.

This is a contract, project-based opportunity rather than a guaranteed full-time position. Joining the network does not guarantee immediate assignments; experts are considered for paid projects based on their qualifications, suitability and client demand.
