We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Partnerships & Special Projects Assistantto join our growing team.

Working across a diverse roster of artists and entertainment clients, you’ll support brand partnerships, digital content, social media, audience engagement and special projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys working behind the scenes and has a genuine interest in music, entertainment and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with brand partnership outreach, coordination and client communications.

Support creator platforms, including content scheduling, management and audience engagement.

Assist with social media planning, scheduling and content management.

Maintain CRM systems, contact databases and audience records.

Coordinate communications between clients, brands and external partners.

Research potential brand partnerships, collaborations and commercial opportunities.

Assist with project management, reporting and administrative tasks.

Provide day-to-day operational support across our artist and client roster.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years previous experience in talent management, digital marketing or brand partnerships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities independently.

Experience with social media platforms, digital content and online tools.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace and project management tools.

A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client information.

An interest in music, entertainment, influencer marketing and talent management.
