We’re looking for an Import Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn the world of international logistics and provide exceptional service to our import clients. You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team, gain hands-on experience with international shipments, and have access to continuous training and mentorship. Many of our leaders started in roles just like this — and grew with us.

Requirements What You’ll Do

• Deliver proactive, high-touch customer service to import clients, ensuring every shipment receives the Ultimate Customer Experience.
• Track and trace import shipments from arrival to delivery, providing accurate updates and resolving any service issues promptly.
• Manage and organize shared email inboxes, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
• Support the import team with documentation, billing, and data entry for shipments and brokerage.
• Coordinate with global partners, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth, compliant cargo movement.
• Learn international import processes, including customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment built on collaboration, accountability, and mutual support.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience required, with freight forwarding and import experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to work on-site in our Baltimore, MD office.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in international logistics.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems, email-based workflows, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and support daily operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CargoWise is a strong asset.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow in a global organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
