This role partners closely with commercial, product, operations, marketing, finance, and technology stakeholders to create scalable solutions that improve how KPM products are brought to market, sold, contracted, activated, monetized, and scaled. The role is accountable for delivering measurable business value through product strategy, Salesforce innovation, workflow automation, and continuous improvement of the seller experience.

This individual can define a durable platform vision, connect business demand to reusable capabilities, and make informed tradeoffs across value, architecture, data, security, integration, adoption, and platform health. The candidate creates clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, leads through influence, and establishes the governance, roadmap discipline, and cross-functional alignment needed to scale Salesforce as a trusted enterprise platform.
