Role: AI Prompt Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer **Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 10+ Years

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years** Candidates with hands-on experience in Agentic AI + MCP + Python + LangGraph/LangChain . Healthcare or CVS experience is an advantage, but practical AI agent development is the main focus.

We are looking for a strong AI Engineer who has hands-on experience building AI agents, writing effective AI prompts, and integrating AI tools with business applications.

The candidate should know how to build AI agents that can understand tasks, make decisions, use tools, retrieve information, and complete tasks automatically.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and improve AI prompts to get accurate results from AI models.
• Build AI agents that can plan tasks, make decisions, and perform multiple steps automatically.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications using MCP.
• Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Build RAG solutions that help AI retrieve information from documents and databases.
• Write code using Python or TypeScript.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI agent performance.
• Follow AI security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Work with business and technical teams to develop AI solutions.

Looking for candidates who have actually developed AI agents, not just candidates who use ChatGPT or write prompts.

The ideal candidate should be able to build an AI agent that:

• Understands a task and breaks it into steps.
• Uses tools and APIs to perform actions.
• Retrieves information from documents or databases.
• Connects to external systems through MCP.
• Uses Python or TypeScript to implement the solution.
