Job Description
• $245–$280 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the data science judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone talks about are trained and tested by real data scientists. The teams building them need data scientists who can create realistic technical problems, judge how well the AI handles them, write the answer a professional would give, and explain exactly where its methods or reasoning fall short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models into more accurate and reliable systems. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate AI answers to data science and statistics problems against sound technical practice
• Create expert prompts and datasets for machine learning and experimentation tasks
• Write reference solutions grounded in clear quantitative reasoning
• Identify flawed methods and statistical errors, then give structured feedback on where the reasoning breaks down
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $245–$280 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most data scientists will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping data science, and the people who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• At least one year of professional experience at a leading company in technology, finance or research, including experience within the past seven years
• Strong knowledge in areas such as data science, statistics, machine learning, experimentation and quantitative reasoning
• Clear written communication of technical concepts and effective professional communication in English
• No experience in AI training work needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $245–$280 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, India
