Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners seeking HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service solutions. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial contact through job completion.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and estimate appointments.
• Gather and document customer information accurately.
• Manage appointment availability and coordinate scheduling needs.
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and CRM platforms.
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, scheduling, and next steps.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatchers, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.
• Follow company processes, customer service standards, and call-handling procedures.
• Help maximize booking opportunities through effective communication and call management.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.

QualificationsRequired

• Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable working within multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.

Preferred

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or other home service industries.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, Jobber, or similar software.
• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience in a home services company.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
