About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer who can independently produce polished creative work for multiple client accounts. This is a production-focused role, not a team management position. You will collaborate with Account Managers and other senior designers, incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and thoroughly check your work before submitting it for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt creative assets for social media, paid advertising, email, presentations, reports, publications, and events.
• Produce complex, multi-page documents in Adobe InDesign, including reports, brochures, and programs.
• Apply established brand guidelines and approved creative directions while contributing original design solutions when needed.
• Work closely with the accounts team and fellow designers; receive, clarify, and incorporate feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Review your own work for spelling, copy accuracy, layout, image quality, branding, file specifications, and consistency before sharing it for internal review.
• Use ChatGPT and other appropriate AI-powered tools to support proofreading, quality checks, research, and efficient production, while independently verifying outputs and protecting confidential client information.
• Manage assigned deadlines, provide reliable status updates, and attend scheduled internal team meetings.
• Maintain organized, editable source files, templates, and final exports in shared folders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, multi-page publications, and digital marketing creative.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent design assignments and incorporating feedback from account teams, stakeholders, or other designers.
• Strong proofreading instincts, self-QA discipline, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools responsibly to improve workflow and review quality; ability to verify rather than blindly trust AI outputs.
• Strong written communication, dependability, and availability for scheduled remote team meetings.

Preferred: Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, Monday.com, Slack, and print production or accessible document design.
