Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead / Architect to design and guide the architecture for scalable, secure, and production-ready AI capabilities. The role will define how LLM-based applications, AI agents, backend services, enterprise integrations, observability, security, and user journeys work together.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences and LLM-based applications.

Define interactions among user intents, workflows, AI agents, tools, APIs, and backend systems.

Guide agent orchestration using LangGraph or equivalent frameworks and establish patterns for state, routing, tool calling, and fallback.

Define tool and API integration approaches using MCP or structured contracts.

Establish LLM observability for model calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and response quality.

Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.

Support technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SRE, QA, and Security stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of professional experience, with relevant experience in AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including intent routing, state management, tool calling, fallback handling, and orchestration.

Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.

Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LLM observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other tool-integration patterns.

Exposure to vector search technologies.

Experience with consumer-facing applications, CRM platforms, contact-center solutions, or enterprise portals.
