ITsoft has built business software since 2003. Our core product is a recycling database system used by electric utility companies across the United States.

Today we are growing fast in AI. We help small, medium, and large businesses put Claude AI to work in their daily operations. We are looking for a skilled IT tech who loves AI to help us lead that growth.

About the Role

You will be ITsoft’s go-to person for IT support and Claude AI solutions. You will set up AI systems for our clients, support them by phone and email, and keep our own technology running smoothly. You will work closely with our CEO and team on projects that grow our AI business.

What You Will Do

oSet up Claude AI systems that help client businesses with their everyday work.

oUse Claude Cowork and Claude Code to automate tasks, build tools, and solve problems.

oProvide remote support by screen sharing and Remote Desktop (RDP), connecting directly to client computers to fix problems and set up AI tools.

oProvide Claude and AI support to clients by phone, video call, and email.

oHandle day-to-day IT work across ITsoft’s computers, systems, and websites.

oHelp write and review business documents, proposals, and simple contracts.

oCommunicate with vendors and customers on calls and by email.

oWork with the ITsoft team on projects that bring in and serve new AI clients.

What the Role Requires

Technical Skills

oHands-on experience using Claude, including Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or both.

oExperience setting up AI tools or automations for a business or client.

oStrong general IT skills: troubleshooting computers, networks, accounts, and software.

oExperience giving remote support through screen sharing and Remote Desktop (RDP).

oExperience building, updating, or maintaining websites.

oAbility to read and understand business documents and simple contracts.

Communication & Work Ethic

oStrong written English for emails, documents, and reports.

oStrong spoken English for phone and video calls with customers and vendors.

oHigh integrity and honesty in all work.

oReliable and self-directed, able to manage your own time while working remotely.

oAble to work some hours that overlap with US Central Time business hours.

Nice to Have

oProgramming or scripting experience. It is a real plus because it helps you understand AI better than most.

oExperience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook administration.

oFamiliarity with SQL Server, ASP.NET, or C#.

oPast experience supporting clients directly.
