Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Print Production Virtual Assistant with advanced Adobe Illustrator skills and experience in print production, order processing, and customer coordination.
The ideal candidate must be able to prepare artwork mockups, manage printing specifications, accurately process orders, and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
1. Artwork & Mockup Preparation
Create and revise customer artwork mockups using Adobe Illustrator.
Apply advanced Illustrator techniques to prepare production-ready artwork.
Identify and specify Pantone ink colors, white bases, and highlight whites (HL whites) on technical packs.
Ensure artwork accuracy and compliance with printing specifications.
1. Order Processing & CRM Management
Learn and utilize Printavo CRM for order management.
Accurately enter customer orders, specifications, and pricing based on provided price sheets.
Maintain organized and updated order records.
Monitor orders and ensure all required details are complete.
1. Customer Order Coordination
Send order details and artwork proofs to customers for review.
Monitor customer feedback, revisions, and approval requests.
Make necessary artwork and order adjustments until final approval.
Follow up on outstanding approvals and pending revisions.
1. Quality Control & SOP Compliance
Read, understand, and strictly follow established SOPs.
Check artwork, technical specifications, and pricing for accuracy.
Identify discrepancies and proactively ask questions when instructions are unclear.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
Experience in screen printing, apparel printing, or print production preferred.
Understanding of Pantone colors, white bases, highlight whites, and print-ready artwork.
Experience preparing artwork mockups and technical production files.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written SOPs and detailed instructions.
Excellent written English communication.
Experience with CRM systems and order processing.
Familiarity with Printavo CRM is a strong advantage.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating customer revisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Previous experience supporting a US-based printing or apparel decoration company.
Knowledge of screen-printing separations and production requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to clarify unclear instructions.

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
