• A quiet, professional home workspace
• Reliable high-speed, hardwired internet access
• Willingness to complete client-specific certification and onboarding requirements

Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for every program.

Home Office Requirements

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:

• A Windows 11-compatible computer meeting client specifications
• Dual monitors
• Reliable hardwired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
• A USB headset and webcam when required
• A quiet workspace free from background distractions

Compensation & Certification

Compensation varies depending on the client program selected. Available programs may offer different service rates, production incentives, and performance bonuses.

Certification costs, background screening fees, equipment expenses, or other program-related costs may apply and will be disclosed before participation.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and applicable business expenses.

Important: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employment position. Service opportunities, compensation, and available hours are not guaranteed.
