Senior Delivery Lead - Consultant

Chicago, IL (Hybrid-3 days on site)

Must be USC or GC only

• Must have Experience in Healthcare companies.
• 10+ years experience as Delivery lead (portfolio lead)
• Must have strong Medicaid Transformation Experience
• Successful deliver Medicaid migration and build of Facets Payor Platform
• Manage delivery of: Claims Intake, Claims Processing, Claims Payment, and Benefits with teams consisting of Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Configuration Analysts and Quality Assurance Testers
• Collaborate with key executive leadership and other program leaders to align on direction, implementation, mitigate key risks and secure program funding
• Assist teams on cross-team dependencies and work closely with key resources to define scope and requirements
• Manage and problem solve with Business Analysts and Architects working with business stakeholders to build requirements and solutions
• Manage implementation with strategic Clearinghouse and IT vendors for key integrations
• Develop and maintain Roadmaps, Project Plans, Resource Plans, IRAADs, and Change requests
• Provide weekly status, issues, risk mitigation plans, and key program metrics to leadership
• Guide delivery team in day-to-day prioritization and activities to ensure timely delivery
• Supports the transition to steady state for IT to build out processes and management of IDEA intake, prioritization, and delivery.
