This person is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining personalization and digital experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) solutions across an enterprise’s web and mobile applications.

They will stand at the intersection of data analytics, frontend development, and marketing strategy.

Utilize Adobe Target Delivery, Admin, Profile, and Recommendations APIs to build non-browser or server-side personalization (e.g., for mobile apps or IoT screens).

Manage data collections using tag management platforms like Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Launch/Data Collection SDKs.

Usually 5 to 8+ years in frontend development, with at least 3–5 years dedicated specifically to the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Elite proficiency in modern client-side JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring that Target code doesn’t interfere with app performance.
