Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the role

Greyhawk Manila Forensics Asia OPC is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support its digital marketing activities, brand communications, and business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will help manage social media content, prepare marketing materials, research potential clients, maintain content calendars, and support lead-generation campaigns. The role involves working with management and technical personnel to translate digital forensics, cybersecurity, incident response, and professional training services into clear, engaging, and professional marketing content.

This position is suitable for someone who combines strong communication skills with digital marketing knowledge, attention to detail, and an interest in technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and update approved social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, announcements, articles, and promotional content.
• Prepare marketing graphics, banners, presentations, and basic promotional videos using approved tools.
• Maintain a content calendar for company services, training programs, events, and announcements.
• Assist with website content updates, service descriptions, career listings, and blog publication.
• Conduct online research to identify prospective clients, relevant industries, and potential business partners.
• Support lead generation and maintain accurate prospect records in the approved CRM or tracking system.
• Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and professional outreach campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, campaign performance, website traffic, and other agreed marketing metrics.
• Prepare periodic marketing activity reports and recommendations.
• Support search engine optimization through keyword research, metadata preparation, and content optimization.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately describe Greyhawk’s services.
• Assist with online event promotion, webinar coordination, and training campaign administration.
• Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, brand materials, and content files.
• Respond to routine inquiries using approved messaging and escalate technical, investigative, or sensitive questions to authorized personnel.
• Protect confidential information and follow company policies for account access, data handling, and communications.

Requirements

• Experience or training in digital marketing, virtual assistance, communications, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content publishing workflows.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or equivalent software.
• Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to write professional marketing copy and follow brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, document tools, email, and online collaboration platforms.
• Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical subject matter.
• Professional conduct and commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing LinkedIn pages or B2B social media accounts.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, SEO plugins, or website content management.
• Experience with email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and lead-generation workflows.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console.
• Basic video editing and short-form content production skills.
• Experience in technology, IT services, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional training marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and productivity tools.
• A portfolio of published content, marketing graphics, or social media campaigns.
