What you will do
ITsoft LLC provides comprehensive IT solutions, including security services, cloud migrations, and unified communications, to enhance the operational efficiency of businesses in Oklahoma City. As an IT Specialist and AI Technical Solutions Associate, you will work 40 hours per week on a 6-month freelance contract, delivering technical support and integrating AI solutions to optimize client operations.
What the role requires
- Proven background in IT support, systems administration, or technical solutions consulting
- Practical familiarity with implementing and troubleshooting artificial intelligence applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication for remote client collaboration
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek on an independent contractor basis
Your first months at ITSOFT LLC
You will take on active client IT infrastructures, address incoming technical tickets, and assist in deploying AI-driven solutions to streamline client workflows. By the end of your first months, you will have integrated key technical tools and helped resolve critical operational bottlenecks for businesses relying on our services.
