Assistant Manager - The Portman

Inda Pubs is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at the Portman, a thriving community gastro pub renowned for its exceptional food and service.

About the Role:

  • Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of this vibrant pub/restaurant.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Contribute to menu development and operational improvements.
  • Be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
