Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Roles Available:

  • Senior Software Engineer (SSE): 7–10 years of experience
  • Staff Software Engineer: 10–14 years of experience

About the Company & Role

We are a mission-driven healthcare product company dedicated to transforming patient care and clinical workflows through innovative technology. We build secure, scalable, and intuitive platforms used by healthcare providers and patients alike.

We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in building next-generation healthcare applications using .NET, Angular, and AWS. Because we deal with sensitive medical data, a strong emphasis on security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and robust architecture is at the core of everything we build.

Core Technical Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Backend: Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 5+. Strong experience building secure, scalable RESTful Web APIs and microservices.
  • Frontend: Proficiency in Angular (recent versions), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience building accessible and intuitive user interfaces for medical professionals or patients.
  • Cloud (AWS): Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS) with a focus on implementing secure cloud architectures.
  • Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB. Experience managing complex, highly relational data securely.
  • DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Healthcare Domain Edge (Highly Preferred):

  • Experience working with healthcare data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance, PHI (Protected Health Information) handling, and robust data encryption practices.

Role-Specific ResponsibilitiesSenior Software Engineer (7–10 Years Experience)

As an SSE, you will be a core contributor, building secure features that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Development: Design and write clean, maintainable, and testable full-stack code for our core healthcare products.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to strict healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy protocols.
  • Integration: Build and maintain secure APIs for integrating our platforms with external hospital systems and third-party medical devices.
  • Code Quality: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to maintain high standards of security and performance.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices within your pod.

Staff Software Engineer (10–14 Years Experience)

As a Staff Engineer, you will drive the technical vision for our healthcare platforms, focusing on system architecture, data security at scale, and engineering excellence.

  • Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design of highly available, distributed, and compliant enterprise healthcare applications.
  • Cloud & Security Strategy: Design robust AWS cloud infrastructures, ensuring zero-compromise security, scalability, and disaster recovery for sensitive patient data.
  • Technical Vision: Drive the adoption of modern frameworks and healthcare interoperability standards (like FHIR) across multiple engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Compliance, and Security teams to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • System Optimization: Proactively identify architectural bottlenecks and technical debt, ensuring our systems can handle high-throughput clinical data efficiently.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
