Digital Delivery Manager

**Salary: £66,000–£75,000 Flexible hybrid working UK-wide travel**

Our client is seeking experienced Digital Delivery Managers (DDM) to take ownership of complex delivery commitments across its business and transformation portfolios.

We’re looking for outcome-focused delivery professionals who can own contractual milestones, navigate ambiguity and keep delivery moving in complex environments.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively. You’ll be comfortable questioning assumptions, exploring alternative approaches and balancing delivery ambitions with operational realities.

You’ll bring:

• A strong track record of owning delivery outcomes and contractual commitments.
• The ability to challenge scope and stakeholder expectations while proposing practical solutions.
• Experience managing complex senior stakeholders and working across diverse delivery environments.
• Curiosity about operational environments and an understanding of the wider impact of change beyond go-live.
• The credibility, confidence and judgement to make difficult delivery decisions.

Candidates from Senior Project Management or broader delivery backgrounds are welcome, provided they demonstrate genuine ownership beyond standard project processes.

Location: Flexible hybrid working, with a willingness to travel to a central London office and client sites across the UK, particularly during mobilisation and key implementation phases.

Salary: Indicatively £66,000–£75,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
