Construction Project Manager

ADL Advanced Contractors is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver work safely, to programme and budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role

• Manage construction projects from planning and mobilisation through delivery and handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and risks.
• Track progress, quality, costs and changes, addressing issues promptly.
• Promote safe working and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.
• Lead progress meetings and keep clients and senior management informed.
• Oversee inspections, snagging and handover documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project programmes and cost control.
• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of project risks and change control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Confident using Asta Powerproject to develop and manage project programmes.
• Clear communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant construction or project management qualification is desirable.
• SMSTS and a valid CSCS card
• Experience with JCT/NEC contracts or other relevant project systems

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
