About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR DATA AND AI SCIENTIST leads the development and implementation of advanced data science and AI solutions that enhance enterprise AI readiness and adoption. This role is essential in translating complex business challenges into scalable AI and machine learning applications that provide actionable insights across multiple functions, thereby driving strategic impact and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

Implement enterprise AI strategy to improve data quality and governance for AI and machine learning readiness

Design and develop large language model-based tools and natural language interfaces to increase data accessibility and AI adoption

Build, test, and maintain machine learning and AI models, ensuring reproducibility and reliability through disciplined engineering practices

Translate business needs into analytical problem statements and develop data-driven solutions to support informed decision-making

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into products and workflows

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field

At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI projects, with a strong focus on applied AI and generative AI/large language model solutions

Expertise in data science tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, R, Spark ML, and Azure ML

Specialized knowledge in generative AI, large language models, and semantic data modeling within platforms like Snowflake

Strong applied statistics and database skills with familiarity in data visualization

Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into defined AI solutions

Willingness to travel minimally, less than 10%

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $151,000.00 to $215,930.00

Individual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, business needs, and market factors

Most full-time employees are eligible for incentive bonuses or sales plans
