About the Opportunity:

The PRODUCT LEAD, AGENTIC PERSONALIZATION will establish and guide the strategy and execution for a new personalization product area. This role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, defining autonomous AI agent capabilities, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, real-time personalized experiences. The position plays a crucial role in aligning product development with customer needs and market objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather insights on personalization workflows and expectations.
• Translate customer feedback into a clear product roadmap linked to revenue goals.
• Determine the autonomy levels of AI agents and develop trust-building mechanisms for users.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess technical and architectural options for personalization features.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies by participating in customer discussions and supporting product positioning and implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years in product management, with experience in technical B2B SaaS products for enterprise clients.
• Proven success in advancing products from concept to launch and scaling, preferably in a venture-backed startup environment.
• Technical background in computer science or equivalent, capable of engaging in architecture and infrastructure decisions.
• Experience working closely with end users to identify issues and drive iterative product improvements.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning products; experience with developer tools, personalization, or recommendation systems is advantageous.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base salary: $240,000 to $320,000.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
