Role Profile

Responsible for leading technology risk, controls, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience activities across one of our banking clients Regulatory Reporting Solutions Engineering. The role ensures risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology risk, control, and compliance activities across engineering and operational teams.
• Support risk assessments, control reviews, issue management, and remediation tracking.
• Produce risk reporting, management information, dashboards, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational resilience requirements.
• Support audits, assurance reviews, and regulatory engagements.
• Oversee risk associated with third-party suppliers, cloud services, and critical technology dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen controls and resilience.
• Provide guidance and challenge on risk management, control effectiveness, and remediation activities.

Experience & Skills

• Strong background in technology risk and controls within a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting regulatory reviews.
• Proven experience of operational resilience, third-party risk, and control frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills.
