Job Description

**Senior .NET Developer Remote (Manchester) £60k to £80k + bonus**

Backend C# role on a live lending platform for a growing financial services business. Small senior UK team, real ownership, minimal process.

The work

You’ll own backend development on a live lending platform that moves real money for real businesses. It’s an established codebase with genuine scope to modernise, and as one of a small senior UK team, you’ll have a real say in how it evolves. Pure backend, with React handled separately.

Stack

.NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, AWS, GraphQL, REST, GitLab CI/CD, DataDog

What you need

  • Commercial .NET Core experience on production systems
  • Strong SQL and API design
  • Batch processing or data heavy workloads
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
  • Bonus: AWS or financial systems

Package

£60k to £80k + bonus, fully remote, 25 days + bank hols + birthday off, private healthcare, pension

Weekly production monitoring rotation, working hours only. No out of hours on call.
