Senior Procurement Manager - Indirects

Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to drive commercial value, cost optimisation and supplier performance across a diverse procurement portfolio including Facilities Management, Technology, Software and Professional Services. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and the Executive Team to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships and improve procurement capability across the business.

The Opportunity

• Lead end-to-end procurement and category management activities across multiple spend areas
• Deliver measurable cost savings and commercial value through strategic sourcing and negotiation
• Manage key supplier relationships, performance and contractual risk
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure robust procurement governance
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Legal teams to support business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems and reporting
• Mentor and develop junior procurement professionals
• Support budgeting, forecasting and spend analysis activities across the organisation
• Identify and mitigate supply chain, supplier and commercial risks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong procurement leadership experience within a commercial, private equity-backed, property, FM or consumer-focused environment
• Proven success delivering sourcing strategies, supplier management and cost reduction programmes
• Experienced negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using procurement data and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
