SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER B2B EVENTS AGENCY London Flexible working, 1 or 2 days a week in the office

Big ideas need someone who knows exactly how to build them.

Our client is looking for a technically brilliant Senior Production Manager to deliver large-scale events and exhibitions internationally.

The person everyone turns to for production answers. Someone who can take a creative vision, find the best technical solution and bring suppliers and crews together to make it happen.

From AV, sound, lighting and rigging to staging, scenic build, streaming and broadcast, they will have the knowledge to challenge, advise and deliver with confidence.

The Role

  • Own technical production from initial scope and site visits through to installation, live delivery and de-rig.
  • Translate creative concepts into practical, high-quality production solutions.
  • Brief and lead suppliers, venues, technical teams and freelance specialists.
  • Manage production budgets, schedules, procurement and final reconciliation.
  • Inspire confidence in clients and collaborate closely with creative and project teams.
  • Keep quality, safety and commercial control central to every decision.

The Essential Experience

  • At least 10 years in technical events, including a minimum of 6 years in an event agency technical or production management role.
  • A strong track record delivering large-scale events and exhibitions internationally, including indoor and outdoor productions.
  • In-depth technical knowledge across AV, lighting, rigging, power, staging, scenic construction, logistics and crewing.
  • Experience managing production budgets of £100k+ and developing costed proposals.
  • Proficient working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD.
  • The confidence to lead crews, earn client trust and solve problems under pressure.

Formal H&S And Rigging Qualifications Would Be a Bonus. Please only apply if you have the technical depth and agency production experience outlined above. This is a senior role for someone who has already delivered at this level.
