Software Developer, Part-Time AI Coding Task Authoring and Verification - Remote (India)

What you’ll do

• Write coding tasks that cover feature work and bug fixes

• Create deterministic checks that distinguish working code from incorrect implementations

• Apply backend engineering experience to produce real-world AI training data

• Set task difficulty and assess the quality of each task with the project team

Who this is for

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++ or a similar language, including work on scalable services and APIs

• Experience debugging, improving performance and building automated tests, along with strong code review instincts and secure coding knowledge

• Fluent in English, with the ability to write clear coding challenges and build automated verifiers

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $30–$100 per hour equivalent; pay is per accepted task, as an independent contractor
