Job Description We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to an AI training project focused on code generation, debugging, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization. You’ll create realistic coding challenges and reliable test environments to help train next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Scope of Work

• Develop realistic coding challenges for AI models.
• Debug complex software issues and fix defects.
• Implement and test new features.
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases.
• Build reproducible reinforcement learning environments with deterministic verifiers.
• Provide reference solutions and document technical reasoning.
• Review code submissions for accuracy, quality, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in at least one supported language.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable software systems.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot bugs and improve performance.
• A GitHub profile showcasing relevant open-source contributions, or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Selection Process

• Complete a technical assessment if required.
• Undergo hiring manager review.

Selected candidates should be ready to begin within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding. Availability and weekly task submission requirements apply.

Compensation Payment is output-based and depends on completed tasks meeting project specifications.
