Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing building design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, design development, and building regulations, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and high-quality design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, space planning, and design proposals based on project requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, visualizations, and design presentations.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design consistency and project progress.
• Review design details and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Support design revisions, technical documentation, and project coordination throughout the design and construction stages.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural design software.
• Strong creativity, design sense, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and architectural documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
