Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in developing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday integrations across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM integrations.
  • Work with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Perform data transformation using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV.
  • Develop Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
  • Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, PGP encryption, certificates, and keys.
  • Support Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent.
  • Perform integration testing, defect resolution, monitoring, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills

  • 4–10 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on Workday integration development.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience with XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
  • Understanding of Workday HCM business processes, HR data models, and security domains.
  • Experience with SFTP, PGP, certificates, and secure data exchange.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Workday integration implementation, enhancement, and production support experience.
  • GCP or Microsoft Azure developer certification is an advantage.
