Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students, working professionals, and corporate learners. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

The trainer will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, guiding learners through real-time projects, and preparing candidates for industry requirements and relevant Microsoft certifications.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Explain DevOps concepts, tools, workflows, and best practices using practical examples.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions for students and working professionals.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, lab exercises, assignments, and project-based learning.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for learners with different experience levels.

1. Technical Training Topics

• Microsoft Azure fundamentals and cloud computing concepts.
• Azure DevOps Services, Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Artifacts.
• Git, GitHub, branching strategies, merging, and version control.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline creation and management.
• Build and release pipelines, YAML pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Docker containers and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container deployment.
• PowerShell, Bash, and automation scripting.
• Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and App Services.
• Azure Key Vault, access management, security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Real-time implementation scenarios and end-to-end DevOps projects.

1. Course Content Development

• Develop and update course curricula, presentations, lab manuals, and learning materials.
• Design practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and project scenarios.
• Keep training content aligned with current Azure services and industry practices.
• Create real-world case studies to demonstrate DevOps implementation.

1. Student Mentoring and Support

• Guide learners through hands-on projects and practical assignments.
• Resolve technical doubts and provide individual mentoring where required.
• Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and project reviews.
• Help learners develop practical skills for Azure DevOps job roles.
• Support interview preparation, resume guidance, and technical mock interviews.

1. Practical Labs and Projects

• Set up Azure environments and hands-on lab exercises.
• Demonstrate end-to-end CI/CD implementation for sample applications.
• Guide learners in automating infrastructure deployment.
• Provide practical experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• Teach troubleshooting techniques using real-world scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, DevOps engineering, or cloud engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps tools.
• Practical experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git, YAML pipelines, and version control.
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and structured manner.
• Experience conducting technical training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as an Azure DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer in an IT training institute or EdTech organization.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
