The company emphasizes product quality, customer success, design excellence, and a collaborative workplace. Its engineering teams work across software development, infrastructure, operations, quality assurance, and product management to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
About the Role
Documo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud platform that powers its document processing and fax products, including the infrastructure supporting AI and machine learning services.

- Design, build, operate, and maintain infrastructure for document processing, fax services, and AI and machine learning workloads.
- Own and improve the software delivery process from pull requests through production deployment.
- Maintain production system health, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for infrastructure development, maintenance, and support.
- Research and implement technologies that improve internal operations and platform capabilities.
- Ensure infrastructure and engineering practices meet the company’s information technology, information security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Applied AI, Customer Success, Information Security, Quality Assurance, and System Architects.
- Work with cloud and tooling vendors, compliance auditors, and customer technical stakeholders when required.
- Provide escalated technical support for customer and internal issues involving connectivity, integrations, and security reviews.
- Use AI tools as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to support effective platform engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least six years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or platform engineering.
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure for production software products.
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes and production operations.
- Ability to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable platforms as workloads and product requirements evolve.
- Experience supporting technical operations and resolving escalated issues.
- Ability to work across engineering, product, security, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to use AI tools in daily engineering work and mentor other engineers.
