AI/ML Solution Architect / Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solution Architect / Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business-critical applications.
• Build and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and Gemini.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for enterprise knowledge management.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Create APIs and microservices for AI model deployment and integration.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, monitoring, versioning, and deployment.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and AI system architecture.
• Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and scalable AI solutions.
