Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom WordPress development, plugin customization, website optimization, and server management. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance WordPress websites while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins using PHP.
• Customize, optimize, and maintain existing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, webhooks, and custom functionalities.
• Configure and manage hosting environments, cPanel, SSL certificates, and DNS settings.
• Implement and maintain Gravity Forms integrations with Google Sheets and other external platforms.
• Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Configure and manage CDN solutions for improved website performance.
• Implement Google Rich Snippets, Schema Markup, and structured data.
• Set up and troubleshoot SMTP configurations and email delivery systems.
• Perform website migrations between staging and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress core, custom theme development, and plugin development.
• Experience with theme and plugin customization and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cPanel, SSL installation, hosting management, and DNS configuration.
• Experience with Gravity Forms, Google Sheets integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Strong understanding of website speed optimization techniques and CDN implementation.
• Knowledge of Google Rich Snippets, Schema.org structured data, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with SMTP configuration and email services.
• Proven experience with staging-to-production website deployments and migrations.
• Familiarity with MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Git version control and development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce customization and development.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and server administration.
• Understanding of website security best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
