Agentic AI Engineer

We’re hiring for a high-impact role within the Enterprise Observability team, focused on building AI-powered solutions that help monitor, analyze, and improve the reliability of critical banking applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, Python, and observability platforms, with expertise in technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Agents SDK, and vector databases.

You’ll work on building intelligent systems that can:

Correlate logs, metrics, events, traces, and synthetic monitoring data (MELTS)

Accelerate root cause analysis and incident investigation

Reduce alert noise and improve incident prioritization

Develop RAG-based knowledge solutions using operational and incident data

Build autonomous AI agents capable of executing runbooks and self-healing actions

Improve platform reliability, service availability, and customer experience

Top Skills-

• Experience developing automated operational workflows, runbooks, self-healing mechanisms, and remediation solutions using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and orchestration frameworks
• strong Agentic AI development experience with modern programming languages
• Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Microsoft AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI Agents SDK for building enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in designing RAG-based solutions using vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, and implementing enterprise knowledge repositories and incident knowledge graphs.
